Greg reveals the majesty and surprises of the nation’s capital, Canberra. Momentous speeches, from some of Australia’s most imposing politicians, come to Greg’s mind as he is guided through the chambers of Old Parliament House. Greg honors the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for their country by visiting the War Memorial and experiences war time conditions in a trench, submarine and an Iroquois helicopter at the Memorial’s Discovery Zone. From driving in vintage cars to reminiscing with Margorie Grant, who was ten when the Great Ocean Road was opened, The Two Tims drive back in time to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the construction of one of Victoria’s most spectacular roads. Along the coast the Two Tims discover a stretch of sparkling towns and sites. An abundance of fresh seafood in Apollo Bay prepares the boys for the hard work of lighthouse keeping at the Cape Otway Light Station. While the name is deceiving, the Twelve Apostles are a highlight before the Tims check out the city of Warnambool. Greg is in the thick of the action as he witnesses cattle catchers toppling Mickey Bulls in the Top End of Australia. From spotting them in helicopters to tackling them on the ground, these bulls prove to be worthy adversaries as the catchers struggle to subdue them.
