With basket in hand, Lyndey plans her own farmgate tour, visiting Ulladulla Harbour for a prize catch;South Coast Providore for fresh produce and sweet treats;and fills her basket at a luscious berry farm. Lyndey uses these for a fabulous seafood pasta and very berry trifle. Lyndey is ecstatic to see a whole pod of dolphins and feed a kangaroo on the beach. She goes back to art school in the shadow of the great Arthur Boyd and takes her oyster knife to McAsh Oyster farms. The highlight is catching up with her great friend and chef extraordinaire Rick Stein as they forage the shallows before Rick cooks his favourite Australian fish.
