Between North and South America, shouldered by the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, is an ancient land. The Yucatan, Mexico’s southerly most point, is nothing less than a true paradise. Within this horn of land which juts into the Caribbean Sea, you find legendary cities and modern settlements. In this episode, we experience Campeche, the city of the Conquistadors, and touch on the ancient cultures of Uxmal and Merida, the white city. We will then get to know Chichen Itza, the beautiful Mayan city, followed by a dive into the crystalline sea of Cancun and the nature reserves of Quintana Roo.
