Dave travels by helicopter to Santa Catalina Island. Off the coast of Los Angeles, Catalina is a world part that offers many things to many people. Hiking, Jeep Eco Adventures, surfing, boating, and diving just to name a few of the activities. The wild lands of the Island are stewarded by the Catalina Island Conservancy, a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping Catalina wild. The Wrigley Memorial and Botanical Garden is a perfect starting point in your exploration of the Island. Standing just outside the city of Avalon, it hosts a wide assortment of exotic Cacti and succulents along with native island trees and shrubs.
