From Northern Italy, we explore Grana Padano cheese, a cheese with a thousand-year history. We値l learn how the monks created Grana Padano and see how it痴 being produced in much the same artisinal methods today. We値l also pair Grana Padano with classic dishes from the region. Then, we値l head to Campania and the world-famous Amalfi Coast where we値l hit the seafood market and team with a local chef for some outstanding regional cuisine before wrapping up with a trip to Naples for some authentic Neapolitan pizza.
